Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy

At CareComfort, we understand that ordering the right incontinence care products for your loved one can take some adjustment. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy to fix. Please review the policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

 

1. Order Cancellations

We can cancel an order free of charge if it has not yet been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Once an order has been submitted for shipment, it cannot be cancelled - even if tracking information has not yet appeared. This is because there is sometimes a delay between when an order leaves our warehouse and when tracking updates are visible.

 

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order:

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your CareComfort subscription at any time through your customer account portal. To avoid being charged for an upcoming delivery, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

 

Cancellations made after a billing cycle has been processed will apply to the following cycle - the in-progress order will still be fulfilled and shipped.

 

To manage or cancel your subscription:

       Log in to your account at getcarecomfort.com

       Go to “Manage Subscription”

       Select “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts

 

3. Returns

Free Returns

We offer free returns within 60 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us and we will send you a prepaid return label at no cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or store credit - whichever you prefer.

 

Important: Personal Care & Hygiene Products

Due to the nature of incontinence care products - which come into direct contact with the skin - we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all customers.

 

Eligible returns must meet the following conditions:

       Items must be unopened and in their original packaging

       Return must be initiated within 60 days of delivery

       Items must not show signs of tampering or damage caused by the customer

 

Wrong Size or Wrong Product?

Received the wrong size brief, the wrong absorbency level, or the wrong product entirely? We’ll make it right immediately. Contact us within 60 days and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost, along with a prepaid label to return the original item. No hassle, no judgment - finding the right fit for your loved one is what matters.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In most cases we will not require a return - we’ll simply send a replacement right away. Photos of the damage are helpful but not always required.

 

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size, absorbency level, or product, the simplest path is to return the original item and place a new order for what you need. Here’s how:

 

       Contact us to initiate a free return - we will send you a prepaid return label

       Place a new order for the correct item at getcarecomfort.com

       Send the original item back using the prepaid label within 60 days of delivery

       Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method

5. Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit to your account - this typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution.

 

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless you request store credit.
